Take a look at some of these FAQs to see if we have an easy fix for your question. I’m having trouble getting the course to work. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble, make sure you’ve checked out our System Requirements. It’s best to have an up-to-date browser and a good Internet connection.

 

Why can’t I get the videos to play?

The videos should play just fine. Make sure you have a good Internet connection first. If that doesn’t work, try viewing the course in a different browser.


Can I take this class on my Kindle, Nook or iPad?

We suggest taking the course on a computer for best results. We designed this class to be viewed on a regular computer or laptop. Some areas might work on the Kindle, Nook or iPad, but it’s not the most optimal set-up.


The videos are getting stuck or they’re playing slow. What should I do?

Check your Internet connection. If this still gives you trouble, try restarting your computer and launching the program again. Finally, you might try viewing the course in a different Internet browser. For instance, if you use Internet Explorer, try using Firefox or Safari instead.


How can I download my certificate?
